Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a recombinant vector comprising a disulfide bond isomerase signal peptide and uses thereof. More specifically, when the recombinant vector of the present invention is used, there is an advantage that a protein whose amino acid sequence does not start with methionine can be produced through an E. coli expression system. Accordingly, it is not necessary to undergo an additional process such as glycosylation for commercial use, thus it is expected that the recombinant vector can be used for various purposes such as the development of a disease treatment agent in the future.
본 발명은 이황화결합 이성질화효소 신호 펩타이드(Disulfide Bond Isomerase signal peptide)를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 재조합 벡터를 이용할 경우, 대장균 발현 시스템을 통하여 메티오닌으로 아미노산 서열이 시작되지 않는 단백질을 생산할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이에 상업적으로 이용하기 위하여 글리코실화 반응 등과 같은 추가적인 과정을 거쳐야 할 필요가 없으므로, 향후 질병 치료제 개발 등의 다양한 목적으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. |
