PUMPING STATION FOR SAMPLE HOLDER AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF

According to an embodiment, a pumping station for a sample holder comprises: a plurality of sample holder storage units having an opening into which a sample support rod of a sample holder is inserted; a plurality of vacuum lines individually interconnected to an internal space of the sample holder storage units; one low vacuum chamber interconnected to the vacuum lines; one high vacuum chamber interconnected to the vacuum lines; a plurality of low vacuum valves capable of blocking each of internal spaces of the sample holder storage units from the low vacuum chamber; and a plurality of high vacuum valves capable of blocking each of internal spaces of the sample holder storage units from the high vacuum chamber. 일 실시 예에 따르면 시료 홀더용 펌핑 스테이션은, 시료 홀더의 시료 지지봉이 삽입되는 개구를 갖는 복수 개의 시료 홀더 보관부; 상기 복수 개의 시료 홀더 보관부의 내부 공간에 각각 연통되는 복수 개의 진공 라인; 상기 복수 개의 진공 라인에 연통되는 하나의 저진공(low vacuum) 챔버; 상기 복수 개의 진공 라인에 연통되는 하나의 고진공(high vacuum) 챔버; 상기 복수 개의 시료 홀더 보관부의 내부 공간을 각각 상기 하나의 저진공 챔버로부터 차단시킬 수 있는 복수 개의 저진공 밸브; 및 상기 복수 개의 시료 홀더 보관부의 내부 공간을 각각 상기 하나의 고진공 챔버로부터 차단시킬 수 있는 복수 개의 고진공 밸브를 포함할 수 있다.
