Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a soft contact lens solution performing a function of preventing protein absorption and a manufacturing method thereof comprising: a first step (S10) of preparing a first mixture (A) by mixing 97 to 99 wt% of a purified water, 0.1 to 1.0 wt% of sodium chloride, 0.1 to 1.0 wt% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.45 to 0.9 wt% of a second sodium phosphate, and 0.05 to 0.1 wt% of a first sodium phosphate; a second step (S20) of stirring the first mixture (A) at 200 rpm for 50 to 70 minutes; a third step (S30) of inserting 10 to 50 mL of the first mixture (10), which has completed the second step (S20), into a soft contact lens packaging container with a soft contact lens, and sterilizing content at 110 to 130°C for 15 to 30 minutes; and a fourth step (S40) of checking an amount of protein adsorption after the third step (S30) is completed, as an inspection step. Therefore, according to the present invention, sodium dodecyl sulfate binds to a hydrophobic portion in a protein to inhibit the possibility of binding the hydrophobic portion between protein molecules, and the effect of charged reactive groups in a protein is greatly reduced, thereby reducing an amount of protein adsorption of a soft contact lens.
본 발명은 단백질 흡착 방지 기능을 갖는 소프트 콘택트렌즈 보존액 및 이의 제조방법에 있어서 정제수 97~99중량%와 염화나트륨 0.1~1.0중량%와 도데실황산나트륨 0.1~1.0중량%와 제2인산나트륨 0.45~0.9중량%와 제1인산나트륨 0.05~0.1중량%를 혼합하여 제1 혼합물(A)을 제조하는 제1단계(S10)와 상기의 제1 혼합물(A)을 50~70분 동안 200rpm으로 교반하는 제2단계(S20)와 제2단계(S20)가 완료된 제1혼합물(10) 10~50mL를 소프트 콘텍트렌즈 포장 용기에 소프트 콘택트렌즈와 함께 넣고 110~130℃에서 15~30분 동안 멸균하는 제3단계(S30)와 상기의 제3단계(S30)가 완료된 후 단백질 흡착량을 확인하는 검사단계인 제4단계(S40)로 구성된 것으로 도데실황산나트륨이 단백질 내의 소수성 부분에 결합하여 단백질 분자들 간의 소수성 부분의 결합 가능성을 억제시키는 효과가 있으며, 단백질 내에서의 하전된 반응기들의 영향을 크게 감소시켜 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 단백질 흡착량을 저하시키는 효과가 있다. |
