The present invention relates to a disposable Dutch coffee capsule which has reduced volume and simplified structure while being capable of extracting a liquid coffee in a rapid and uniform manner. The Dutch coffee capsule according to the present invention has a lower portion in the shape of a hopper that allows a lower central portion thereof to be inserted and seated in a cup, and has an upper portion that allows a water supply container, such as a PET bottle, to be mounted thereon, thus eliminating the need for a water supply part or a coffee extraction part. Thus, the Dutch coffee capsule according to the present invention can be used as a disposable Dutch coffee capsule due to a simplified structure as well as significantly reduced size and production costs thereof. The Dutch coffee capsule according to the present invention has a reduced cross-sectional area in which coffee is accommodated and allows the upper end of a coffee accommodation part to come into close contact with an upper capsule to permit the water pressure of the PET bottle to be applied to the surface of the coffee, thus reducing coffee extraction time.
