Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to equipment for supplying vegetation soil mixed with coconut fibers that is configured to rake up the underside of coconut fiber blocks disposed in a hopper by means of a conveyor to catch the coconut fibers, to transfer the coconut fibers to a space under a vegetation soil injection device, allowing vegetation soil dropped from the injection device to come into contact with the conveyor in such a manner as to be mixed with the coconut fibers in a mixing device, and to inject the vegetation soil in every direction, so that the vegetation soil is not cracked by means of the coconut fibers contained therein, a portion of the vegetation soil is not separated, roots of plants are acceleratedly developed through the coconut fibers as eco-friendly natural materials, porosity of the vegetation soil injected and germination percentages of plants are relatively increased, and survival percentages of plants are enhanced. According to the present invention, the equipment for supplying vegetation soil mixed with coconut fibers includes: a hopper (10) in which coconut fibers (2) comprising blocks (1) are disposed; a conveyor (20) for raking up the coconut fibers (2) through contact with the blocks (1) to convey the coconut fibers (2) to a vegetation soil injection device; and a geared motor (30) connected to the conveyor (20) to adjust an amount of the coconut fibers (2).
본 발명은 코코넛 화이버가 혼합된 식생토 공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 호퍼부에 구비된 코코넛 화이버 블럭의 하단부를 컨베이어부에 의해 긁어서 코코넛 화이버를 긁어낸 뒤, 식생토를 투입하는 투입장치의 하단부까지 이송시키고, 상기 투입장치에서 낙하된 식생토가 컨베이어부에 접촉되면서 컨베이어부를 통해 이송되는 코코넛 화이버를 탈거시켜 식생토와 코코넛 화이버가 배합장치에 투입되어 배합된 뒤, 식생토를 사면에 분사함으로써, 식생토 내에 포함된 코코넛 화이버에 의해 식생토 균열 및 크랙이 발생하지 않고, 그로 인해 식생토의 일부가 탈락되는 것이 방지되며, 친환경적 천연재료인 코코넛 화이버로 인해 식물 생육 시 근계 발달을 촉진시키며, 분사되는 식생토의 공극율과 식물의 발아율을 상대적으로 높일 수 있으며, 나아가서는 호기성 식물의 활착율을 높일 수 있는 특징이 있다. |
