The present invention relates to a method for carrying and aligning micro LEDs, a method for manufacturing an LED display module thereby, and an aligning module used therein. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for carrying and aligning micro LEDs comprises: a first micro LED sheet preparing step for preparing a first micro LED sheet, in which a plurality of first micro LEDs are disposed on an upper portion; a first aligning layer carrying and aligning step for carrying the first micro LEDs, disposed in the first micro LED sheet, and aligning the first micro LEDs in an aligning layer, including a plurality of aligning grooves; a first LED board carrying and aligning step for carrying the first micro LEDs, disposed in the aligning layer, and aligning the first micro LEDs in an LED board, including a plurality of LED accommodating portions; a second micro LED sheet preparing step for preparing a second micro LED sheet, in which a plurality of second micro LEDs are disposed in an upper portion; a second aligning layer carrying and aligning step for carrying the second micro LEDs, disposed in the second micro LED sheet, and aligning the second micro LEDs in an aligning layer, including a plurality of aligning grooves; and a second LED board carrying and aligning step for carrying the second micro LEDs, disposed in the aligning layer, and aligning the second micro LEDs in the LED board, including a plurality of LED accommodating portions. 본 발명은 마이크로 LED소자의 정렬이송방법, 이에 따른 LED디스플레이모듈의 제조방법, 및 이에 사용되는 정렬모듈에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는, 마이크로 LED소자의 정렬이송방법으로서, 상부에 복수의 제1 마이크로LED소자가 배치된 제1 마이크로LED시트를 준비하는 제1마이크로LED시트준비단계; 상기 제1 마이크로LED시트에 배치된 제1 마이크로LED소자를 이송하여, 복수의 정렬홈을 포함하는 정렬층에 정렬하는 제1정렬층정렬이송단계; 상기 정렬층에 배치된 제1 마이크로LED소자를 이송하여 복수의 LED소자수용부를 포함하는 LED기판에 정렬하는 제1LED기판정렬이송단계; 상부에 복수의 제2 마이크로LED소자가 배치된 제2 마이크로LED시트를 준비하는 제2마이크로LED시트준비단계; 상기 제2 마이크로LED시트에 배치된 제2 마이크로LED소자를 이송하여 복수의 정렬홈을 포함하는 정렬층에 정렬하는 제2정렬층정렬이송단계; 및 상기 정렬층에 배치된 제2 마이크로LED소자를 이송하여 복수의 LED소자수용부를 포함하는 상기 LED기판에 정렬하는 제2LED기판정렬이송단계;를 포함한다.
