The present invention relates to a multipurpose tip fixture for a ground reinforcement construction method, which comprises: a tension member (W) inserted into an anchor hole (A); and a tip fixture (S) combined with one end of the tension member (W) and inserted into the inside of the anchor hole (A) together with a tension member (W). The tip fixture (S) comprises: a first tip fixture (100) having a fixing blade for soil which is rotated and extended toward an inner circumference ground of an anchor hole on an axial line of the anchor hole (A) to form an acute angle toward the anchor hole into which a steel wire is inserted by applying elastic means by a first elastic means in one direction of the inner circumference ground side of the anchor hole, and formed to correspond to the ground of soil; a second tip fixture (200); and a fixing wing extension control member (300). 본 발명은 지반보강공법의 다목적 선단정착구에 관한 것으로, 앵커공(A) 내부에 삽입되는 인장부재(W)와, 상기 인장부재(W)의 일단측에 결합되어 앵커공(A) 내부에 인장부재(W)와 함께 삽입되는 선단정착구(S)를 포함하는 영구앵커의 선단정착구에 있어서, 상기 선단정착구(S)는 앵커공 내주연 지반측 일방향으로 제1탄성수단에 의해 탄성력이 인가되어 상기 강선이 삽입되는 앵커공측으로 예각을 이루도록 상기 앵커공(A)의 축선상에서 앵커공 내주연 지반측으로 회동되어 확장되는 토사용 정착날개가 형성되고, 토사의 지반에 대응되도록 구성된 제1선단정착구(100)와; 상기 제1선단정착구(100)의 선단측인 앵커공(A)의 내측 바닥측으로 형성되고, 앵커공 내주연 지반측 일방향으로 제2탄성수단에 의해 인가되는 탄성력과 강선의 인장에 따라 상기 앵커공(A) 내측 바닥측으로 예각을 이루도록 상기 앵커공(A)의 축선상에서 앵커공 내주연 지반측으로 회동되어 확장되는 연암용 정착날개가 형성되어 연암의 지반에 대응되도록 구성된 제2선단정착구(200)와; 상기 제1선단정착구(100)의 토사용 정착날개와 제2선단정착구(200)의 연암용 정착날개가 강선 인장 전에 확장되지 않도록 고정제어하고, 외부로부터의 전원 공급에 의한 저항 발열로 인해 단선되어 제1,2선단정착구의 정착날개가 앵커공(A)의 내측 지반측 일방향으로 확장되도록 형성된 정착날개 확장제어부재(300);로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 지반보강공법의 다목적 선단정착구에 관한 것이다.
