The present invention relates to a grill. The grill includes a hollow space formed at the center of a grill body and a heat distribution plate arranged on an upper side of the hollow space. The heat distribution plate includes: a plurality of support units protruding downwards and forming a plurality of heat discharge units communicating with the hollow space and discharging heat on a lower portion of an edge of a disk-shaped body; and a reverse flow pipe formed at the center of the heat distribution plate body and having an air guide path to guide air gathering to an upper side of the heat distribution plate to a lower portion of the heat distribution plate. According to the present invention, the plurality of heat discharge units for discharging heat are formed on the lower portion of the edge of the body of the heat distribution plate to guide heat directly to an upper surface of the grill body and a heat distribution groove through the heat discharge units to increase heat transfer efficiency, and air gathering to the upper side of the heat distribution plate is guided to a lower portion of the grill through the reverse flow pipe to burn and remove fine dust, smoke and oil from the air by flames of a heat source to prevent air pollution and odors caused by oil and dust. 본 발명은 구이판에 관한 것으로, 구이판 본체의 중앙에 중공부가 형성되고 상기 중공부의 상측에 열분배판이 구비되는 구이판에 있어서, 상기 열분배판은 디스크 형상의 몸체 가장자리 하부에 중공부와 연통되는 열기를 배출하는 복수의 열기 배출부를 형성하는 복수의 지지부가 하향 돌출되며, 상기 열분배판의 몸체 중앙에는 상기 열분배판 상측으로 모이는 공기를 열분배판 하부로 안내하는 공기 유도로가 형성되는 역류관부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 열분배판의 몸체 가장자리 하부에 열기를 배출하는 복수의 열기 배출부를 형성하여 열기가 곧바로 열기 배출부를 통해 구이판 본체 상면 및 열분배홈으로 유도되어 열기 전달 효율이 높고, 열분배판의 상측으로 모이는 공기가 역류관부를 통해 구이판의 하부로 안내하여 열원의 화염에 의해 공기중의 연기와 기름 및 미세먼지를 태워 제거하고 이로 인해 기름 및 분진 등으로 인한 공기 오염과 냄새 발생을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
