Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a subscriber network monitoring apparatus of a certain service provider. The apparatus comprises: a communications unit determining whether or not an air conditioner disposed in a communications room of a building is operated and communicating with a terminal which measures an indoor temperature of the communications room; and a control unit transmitting an indoor temperature measurement command to the terminal and transmitting a command to control the air conditioner according to whether or not the air conditioner is operated to the terminal through the communications unit. Accordingly, electrical efficiency of the air conditioner can be increased. 특정 서비스 프로바이더의 가입자 망 감시 장치가 개시된다. 본 장치는 건물의 통신실에 배치된 냉방기의 구동 여부를 판단하며 통신실의 실내 온도를 측정하는 단말과 통신하는 통신부 및 실내 온도 측정 명령을 단말로 전송하며, 측정된 실내 온도가 소정의 조건인 경우, 냉방기의 구동 여부에 기초하여 냉방기를 제어하는 명령을 통신부를 통해 단말로 전송하는 제어부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 냉방기의 전기 효율성이 향상될 수 있다.
