Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for rehabilitating a pipe by blasting, capable of effectively performing a rehabilitating process by preventing dust used in a process of removing an obsolete film in a pipe and a corroded surface, from being mixed with a shot ball. According to the present invention, an air supply unit (A) supplying air is installed on the front, and an exhaust pipe (B) for exhausting the air is installed on the rear. So, the pipe (P) in which a state of generating air flow at a first flow velocity (V1) in a direction is maintained is rehabilitated by a blaster (200). The method for rehabilitating a pipe includes: a step (S1) of positioning a first round shield (280) having an outer diameter (D2) smaller than an inner diameter (D1) of the pipe (P) in the direction of the air flow and enabling the air flow at the first flow velocity (V1) on the outer side of the first round shield (280) to become fast as the air flow at a second flow velocity (V2) higher than the first flow velocity (V1); and a step (S2) of rotating first and second nozzles (260, 260′) separated from each other around the center of the pipe (P) and injecting the shot ball to the inner circumference of the pipe in an opposite direction of the air flow. 본 발명은, 전방에 공기를 급기하는 급기부(A)가 설치되고, 후방측에 공기를 배기하기 위한 배기구(B)가 설치됨에 따라, 일방향으로 제1유속(V1)의 공기 흐름이 발생된 상태가 유지되는 관로(P)를 블라스터(200)를 이용하여 갱생하기 위한 블라스팅 관로갱생 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 관로갱생 방법은, 공기흐름 방향으로 상기 관로(P)의 내직경(D1) 보다 작은 외직경(D2)을 가지는 제1원형쉴드(280)를 위치시킴으로서, 제1원형쉴드(280)의 외측에서 제1유속(V1)의 공기흐름을 그 제1유속(V1) 보다 큰 제2유속(V2)의 공기흐름으로 빠르게 하는 단계(S1); 및 관로(P) 중심을 기준으로 상호 이격된 제1,2노즐(260)(260')을 회전시키면서, 상기 공기흐름 반대 방향의 관로 내주면으로 쇼트볼을 분사하는 단계(S2);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
