GEAR MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a gear manufacturing apparatus, wherein a processing unit performing vertical reciprocation processes a workpiece placed in a lower direction to manufacture a gear. According to the present invention, the gear manufacturing apparatus comprises: a body unit disposed on the lower side of the processing unit and including a plurality of fixing chucks for fixing the workpiece; a reciprocating moving unit to move the body unit to front and rear sides by a first length through rotating motion by a first arc length; and a rotating moving unit disposed on the body unit and rotating the body unit through rotating motion by a second arc length. One engraved part corresponding to a shape of the processing unit is engraved on a surface of the workpiece, the rotating moving unit rotates the body unit after formation of the one engraved part, and the processing unit is vertically reciprocated to form a plurality of engraved parts. Accordingly, a gear of good quality is manufactured, manufacturing of a defect product is fundamentally prevented, and thus manufacturing efficiency is able to be maximized. Moreover, it is not needed to stop operation of the apparatus in order to visually check a situation of the workpiece and the processing unit during a manufacturing process, and thus inconvenience is able to be reduced and work efficiency is able to be remarkably increased. 본 발명은 상하 방향으로 왕복운동하는 가공부가 하측 방향에 위치한 대상물을 가공하여 기어를 제조하는 장치로서, 가공부의 하측에 위치하고 대상물을 고정하는 복수 개의 고정 척을 포함하는 몸체부, 몸체부의 하측에 구비되고 제1 호 길이만큼의 회전 운동을 통해 몸체부를 전방 및 후방으로 제1 길이만큼 이동시키는 왕복 이동부 및 몸체부의 하측에 구비되고 제2 호 길이만큼의 회전 운동을 통해 몸체부를 회전시키는 회전 이동부를 포함하고, 대상물의 표면에는 가공부의 형상에 대응되는 1개의 음각부가 음각 형성되고, 1개의 음각부가 형성된 이후 회전 이동부가 몸체부를 회전시킨 후 가공부가 상하방향으로 왕복운동함에 따라, 음각부가 복수 개 형성되는 기어 제조 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 양질의 기어를 제조할 수 있고 불량품의 제조를 원천 방지할 수 있어 생산 효율을 극대화할 수 있고, 제조 과정에서 대상물 및 가공부의 상황을 육안으로 확인하기 위해 장치의 구동을 정지하지 않아도 되기 때문에, 번거로움을 덜 수 있고 작업 효율을 현저하게 높일 수 있다.
