Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a bed mattress in which an interior material formed by being stacked with a predetermined cushion is surrounded by a fabric cover and, more specifically, relates to a bed mattress with polyurethane elastomer, wherein a plurality of cushion layers are provided in the interior material, and density of the cushion layers is 600-1,200 kg/m^3. Moreover, hardness measured by a shore hardness measuring device is 0 Shore 00 to 90 Shore 00, and at least one polyurethane elastomer pad layer of which a flexible rate is 200-1,500% is inserted. 본 발명은 일정한 쿠션을 갖도록 적층되어 형성되는 내장재가 직물커버로 감싸지는 침대용 매트리스에 있어서, 상기 내장재는 다수개의 쿠션층을 포함하되, 상기 쿠션층에는 밀도가 600~1,200 kg/㎥이고, 쇼어 경도측정기로 측정한 경도가 0 Shore 00 ~ 90 Shore 00이며, 신율이 200~1,500% 인 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 패드층이 적어도 하나 이상 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머를 이용한 침대용 매트리스에 관한 것이다.
