The compound is excellent in water repellency and chemical resistance, and has an excellent effect of forming thin films. The bipolar polymer semiconductor material suitable for a photolithography process can be used to realize a fine pattern and realize a large area chemical sensor. In addition, a device manufactured using the bipolar polymer semiconductor has an effect of increasing the balance of electron and hole mobility and having excellent performance.
