An Initial rainwater exclusion device using the flowmeter measuring precipitation per unit area

The present invention relates to an initial rainwater excluding device discharging initial polluted rainwater falling on the roof or the rooftop of a building in the rainy season. More specifically, the initial rainwater excluding device includes: a flowmeter for measuring precipitation per unit area; an initial rainwater exclusion part for excluding initial rainwater; a rainwater storage tank (130) having a rainwater gauge (133) embedded therein; and a manipulation panel part. The initial rainwater excluding device using a flowmeter measuring precipitation per unit area can exclude initial rainwater by opening or closing the initial rainwater exclusion part by the manipulation panel part according to the water level of the flowmeter or exclude initial polluted rainwater or supply and store rainwater of good quality to the storage tank in the rainy season, thereby excluding the initial dirty rainwater. The rainwater of good quality falling continuously is stored in the storage tank in order to be supplied and used to landscape plants or bathrooms, thereby effectively using rainwater. 본 발명은 우천시에 건축물 지붕이나 옥상 등에 내리는 초기의 오염된 빗물을 버리는 초기빗물 배제장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단위면적당 강수량을 측정하는 유량계와, 초기빗물을 버리는(배제) 초기빗물 배제부, 빗물수위계(133)가 내장된 빗물저수탱크(130) 및 조작판넬부로 구성되어, 유량계의 수위에 따라 조작판넬부에 의해 초기빗물 배제부를 개폐하여 초기빗물을 배제하거나 양질의 빗물을 저수탱크로 공급 저장하여, 우천시 초기의 더럽고 오염된 빗물은 배제하고 계속적으로 내리는 양질의 빗물은 저수탱크에 저수하여 조경수 및 화장실 등의 수요처에 공급 사용함으로서 낭비되는 빗물을 효율적으로 사용하는 단위면적당 강수량을 측정하는 유량계를 이용한 초기빗물 배제장치에 관한 것이다.
