Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for recovering high purity zinc oxide from zinc-byproducts containing iron. The crude zinc oxide derived from zinc-byproduct containing iron obtained from electric furnace steelmaking dusts are made into slurry to be choridizing-roasted after magnetization selection, or mixed with a chlorine source so that impurities containing iron are calcined as a form of iron chloride in a calcining furnace at a low temperature range to firstly remove Fe component, which is the main impurity in the crude zinc oxide. Through a post-treatment, zinc oxide having a purity of 99% or more is manufactured. 본 발명은 전기로 제강분진 등에서 얻은 함철아연 부산물로부터 유래한 조산화아연을 슬러리화시켜 자력선별한 후 염화배소시키거나 염소 소스를 혼합하여 배소로 내 저온 영역에서 철 함유 불순물을 철 염화물 형태로 배소시켜 조산화아연 중의 주요 불순물인 Fe 성분을 우선 제거하고 이어 후처리 공정을 통해 99% 이상의 고순도 산화아연을 제조하는 함철아연 부산물로부터 고순도 산화아연의 회수방법에 관한 것이다.
