Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically manufacturing a rebar grid, which continuously manufactures the rebar grid used as a rebar frame in building and civil engineering constructions in an unmanned automatic scheme. According to the present invention, the apparatus for automatically manufacturing a rebar grid comprises: a main rebar feeding unit to alternately feed a plurality of loaded main rebars one by one; a main rebar arrangement unit installed on one side of the main rebar feeding unit, arranging the plurality of fed main rebars at predetermined horizontal intervals, and guiding the main rebar to be transferred in a front and rear direction; a main rebar transfer unit installed on the lower part of the main rebar arrangement unit and transferring the plurality of arranged main rebars to a front side; a main rebar alignment unit installed on the front side of the main rebar transfer unit and aligning a position of the front end of the plurality of transferred main rebars; a distributing rebar feeding unit installed on the front upper part of the main rebar alignment unit and feeding a plurality of loaded distributing rebars one by one; a distributing rebar input unit installed on one side of the distributing rebar feeding unit and inputting the plurality of fed distributing rebars to the upper part of the plurality of arranged main rebars in order; a welding unit installed on the front side of the distributing rebar input unit and welding the plurality of inputted distributing rebars to the plurality of main rebars in order to form a rebar grid; a rebar grid towing unit installed on the front side of the main rebar alignment unit and towing the rebar grid to a front side to weld the plurality of distributing rebars to the upper part of the plurality of main rebars with front and rear predetermined intervals in order; and a grid loading unit installed on the front lower part of the towing unit and loading the rebar grid which is towed by the towing unit to be loaded on an upper side. 본 발명은 건축 및 토목 공사에서 철근 골조로 사용되는 철근 격자망을 무인 자동화 방식으로 연속 제조하는 철근 격자망 자동 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 적재된 복수 개의 주근을 한 개씩 차례대로 공급하는 주근 공급부; 상기 주근 공급부의 일측에 설치되고 공급된 상기 복수 개의 주근을 좌우 일정간격으로 이격 배열하며 전후 이송 가능하게 가이드하는 주근 배열부; 상기 주근 배열부의 하부에 설치되고 배열된 상기 복수 개의 주근을 전방으로 이송하는 주근 이송부; 상기 주근 이송부의 전방에 설치되고 이송되는 상기 복수 개의 주근 선단 위치를 정렬하는 주근 정렬부; 상기 주근 정렬부의 전방 상부에 설치되고 적재된 복수 개의 배력근을 한 개씩 차례대로 공급하는 배력근 공급부; 상기 배력근 공급부의 일측에 설치되고 공급되는 상기 복수 개의 배력근을 배열된 상기 복수 개의 주근 상부에 차례대로 투
