Zusammenfassung:An automated testing device for boiler header stub tubes in a power plant according to the present invention comprises: a clamping member provided with one pair of gripper members clamping a stub tube at both sides of the stub tube and a clamp motor for clamping and unclamping the stub tube by moving the pair of gripper members so as to clamp the stub tube; a rotation driven gear arranged on a circumference of the stub tube; a driving motor for rotating the rotation driven gear around the stub tube; a testing member provided with one pair of probes coupled to the bottom of the rotation driven gear for clamping the stub tube by the clamping member, and rotating the rotation driven gear by the driving motor in the circumference direction of the stub tube while performing ultrasonic wave testing by the probes; a rotary shaft coupling the testing member to a front end portion of a first frame, and arranged in the first frame in the vertical direction; a testing arm portion provided with a left and right adjusting member including the driving motor for rotating the rotary shaft in left and right directions, and coupling a coupling plate formed in the testing member to the rotary shaft such that a left and right angle of the testing member relative to the first frame is adjusted; and an operation panel portion for operating the testing member. 본 발명에 따른 발전소 보일러 헤더 스터브 튜브용 자동 검사장치는 스터브 튜브의 양측에서 스터브 튜브를 클램핑하는 한 쌍의 그리퍼부재와 상기 한 쌍의 그리퍼부재를 이동시켜 클램핑 및 클램핑해제하기 위한 클램프모터를 구비하여 스터브 튜브를 클램핑하는 클램핑부재와, 스터브 튜브의 둘레에 배치되는 회전피동기어와, 상기 회전피동기어를 스터브 튜브 주위로 회전시키기 위한 구동모터와, 상기 회전피동기어의 하측에 결합되는 한 쌍의 탐촉자가 구비되어 상기 클램핑부재에 의해 스터브 튜브를 클램핑하고 상기 구동모터에 의해 상기 회전피동기어를 스터브 튜브 둘레방향으로 회전시키면서 상기 탐촉자에 의해 초음파검사를 수행하는 검사부재와, 제1프레임의 전단부에 상기 검사부재가 결합되고, 제1프레임 내부에 상하로 배치되는 회동축과, 상기 회동축을 좌우로 회동시키기 위한 구동모터를 포함하여 이루어지는 좌우조절부재를 구비하고 상기 검사부재에 형성되는 결합판이 상기 회동축에 결합되어 상기 검사부재가 제1프레임에 대해 좌우각도가 조절되는 검사아암부와, 상기 검사부재를 조작하기 위한 조작패널부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
