154 KV OLTC LIFT JIG FOR CHECKING THE ON LOAD TAP CHANGER OF A 154 KV TRANSFORMER

An embodiment according to the present invention may include a lift jig for checking an on-load tap changer (OLTC) of a 154 kV transformer. The lift jig includes: a fixing part fixed to a head part of an OLTC exposed at a cylinder inlet side of a transformer; an upright part having a lift hole penetrating the outer surface of an upright body (110) standing upright on the upper surface of the fixing part; an engaging part fixed to the OLTC head part through the fixing part; and a lift bar extended in one direction so as to engage with the upright part in a lift hole. The fixing part includes a fixed body which is a flat plate extended in one direction and is in close contact with the OLTC head part exposed at the inlet side of the cylinder, and a plurality of insertion holes formed so as to communicate with the coupling part in the fixing body. An operator can easily lift and re-install the lift jig without separate heavy equipment. 본 발명에 따른 실시예는 변압기의 실린더 입구측에서 노출되는 OLTC(On Load Tap Changer)의 헤드부에 고정되는 고정부와, 고정부의 상면에서 직립된 직립 본체(110)의 외면에 관통되는 인양홀을 구비한 직립부와, 고정부를 연통하여 OLTC(On Load Tap Changer) 헤드부에 고정되는 결합부 및 인양홀로서 직립부에 체결되도록 일방향으로 연장 형성된 인양봉을 포함하고, 고정부는 일방향으로 연장된 평면판으로서 실린더의 입구측에서 노출된 OLTC(On Load Tap Changer) 헤드부에 밀착되는 고정 본체 및 고정 본체에서 결합부가 연통되도록 관통 형성되는 복 수개의 삽입홀을 포함하는 154 KV 변압기의 OLTC(On Load Tap Changer) 점검용 인양 지그를 포함할 수 있다.
