Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing a super absorbent polymer fiber yarn made of natural substances. More specifically, the present invention relates to production of natural super absorbent polymer fiber yarn which has high absorption rate against water, is eco-friendly and harmless to human body, and can be widely applied to sanitary products as well as drugs and agriculture, by producing a super absorbent polymer (SAP) resin fiber yarn via a method for spinning a spinning solution made with a raw material containing a kappa-carrageenan (KC) component in a cross-linking solution. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: a spinning solution production step of adding distilled water in the raw material containing the KC component to prepare a mixed solution, and then heating the mixed solution while stirring the same so as to prepare the spinning solution; a spinning step of carrying out cross-linkage by wet-spinning the spinning solution in a coagulation bath containing a KCl solution so as to obtain a SAP yarn; a dehydration step of removing moisture while the SAP yarn transported by being immersed in an ethanol treatment tank; and a drying step of elongating and drying the dehydrated SAP yarn while transporting the same in a drying tank. 본 발명은 천연성분으로 제조되는 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 카파 카라기난(k-Carrageenan,KC) 성분이 포함된 원료물질로 방사원액을 만들어 가교액 내에서 방사시키는 방법으로 SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer, 고흡수성 수지) 섬유원사를 제조함으로써, 물에 대하여 높은 흡수율을 가지면서도 환경 친화적이고 인체에 무해하며, 위생용품은 물론 의약용 및 농업용 등에 널리 활용할 수 있는 천연의 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사 제조에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 카파 카라기난 성분이 포함된 원료물질에 증류수를 첨가하여 혼합용액으로 만든 후 상기 혼합용액을 교반시키며 가열하여 방사원액을 만드는 방사원액 제조단계; KCl용액이 담긴 응고조 내에서 상기 방사용액을 습식으로 방사하면서 가교시켜 SAP 원사를 획득하는 방사단계; 상기 SAP 원사를 에탄올 처리조에 함침시켜 이송하면서 수분을 제거하는 탈수단계; 및 상기 탈수단계를 거친 상기 SAP 원사를 건조로 안에서 이송시키며 연신 및 건조시키는 건조단계를 포함하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
