Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing low calorie healthy bibimbap. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing low calorie healthy bibimbap. To this end, the method for producing the low calorie healthy bibimbap comprises the following steps: (a) preparing steamed rice with grains using a grain mixture obtained by mixing red yeast rice, nonglutinous rice, and oats; (b) preparing a fast-fermented bean paste sauce by boiling down a fast-fermented bean paste mixture; (c) trimming greens and respectively roasting the same; (d) aging trimmed beef and then roasting the same; and (e) parboiling bean sprouts and then mixing the parboiled bean sprouts with salt and sesame oil.
