Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a polyimide precursor resin composition which has a low thermal expansion coefficient, does not cause a whitening phenomenon during solution casting, has excellent high transparency and is excellent in an optical characteristic and a delay retardation characteristic, a manufacturing method of a polyimide film using the same, and a polyimide film manufactured thereby. The present invention can be usefully used in a flexible display substrate material and a semiconductor material. The polyimide precursor resin composition comprises a diamine component, an acid dianhydride compound and an organic solvent.
본 발명은 낮은 열팽창 계수를 갖으며, 용액 캐스팅 시 백탁 현상이 발생하지 않으며, 우수한 고투명성을 갖으면서도 광 특성 및 위상 지연 특성이 우수한 폴리이미드 전구체 수지 조성물, 이를 이용한 폴리이미드 필름 제조방법, 및 이에 의해 제조된 폴리이미드 필름에 관한 것으로, 플렉서블 디스플레이 기판 소재, 반도체 소재에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. |
