The present invention relates to a portable measuring and analyzing apparatus. In particular, the present invention relates to a portable measuring and analyzing apparatus using a location-based information service, which is configured to store and analyze location and measurement information for each measurement point by using a location-based information service to which map information, GPS information, and altitude information are applied, display a measurement point and a movement path on a map, and display location and measurement information corresponding to each measurement point, thereby enabling multiple pieces of measurement information on all measurement points included in a measurement area to be recognized in one glance, and facilitating a future correspondence. The portable measuring and analyzing apparatus using a location-based information service comprises: an information detection means for detecting and transmitting location information and measurement purpose information; and an information collection/analysis means for collecting and analyzing information transmitted from the information detection means, displaying the collected information on a displayed map, and displaying movement and measurement paths on the map. 본 발명은 휴대용 측정 및 분석 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 맵(map) 정보, GPS 정보 및 고도 정보가 적용된 위치 기반 정보 서비스를 이용하여 각 측정 지점마다 위치 및 측정 정보를 저장 및 분석함과 아울러 맵 상에 측정 지점 및 이동 경로를 표시하고 각 측정 지점에 대응한 위치 및 측정 정보를 표시하도록 구성함으로써, 측정 영역에 포함되는 모든 측정 지점에 대한 측정정보들이 한눈에 파악될 수 있도록 하여, 추후 대응을 용이하게 하는 위치 기반 정보 서비스를 이용한 휴대용 측정 및 분석 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 위치 기반 정보 서비스를 이용한 휴대용 측정 및 분석 장치를 이루는 구성수단은, 위치 기반 정보 서비스를 이용한 휴대용 측정 및 분석 장치에 있어서, 위치 정보와 측정목적 정보를 검출하여 전송하는 정보 검출 수단, 상기 정보 검출 수단으로부터 전송받은 정보를 수집 및 분석하여 디스플레이된 맵(map) 상에 표시하고, 이동 및 측정 경로를 상기 맵 상에 표시하는 정보 수집/분석 수단을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
