Zusammenfassung:	Therefore, a structure of a stagnant water O-ring (O-ring) of the present invention is made wedge type such that the stagnant water O-ring is inserted into a gap between the inner diameter of an inner tube of a segment into which a bolt is inserted and the outer diameter of the bolt. Thus, the stagnant water O-ring is able to perform excellent waterproofing and water-stagnating functions while being sealed. In case of an earthquake or soil depression phenomenon, a concrete segment assembly structure of a tunnel structure formed in a long distance underground can absorb deformation impact. 따라서 본 발명은 지수 O-Ring(O-Ring) 의 구조는 쐐기형으로 만들어 볼트가 삽입되는 세그멘트 내부관의 내경과 볼트의 외경 사이의 빈틈에 삽입되어 밀봉된 상태로 방수 지수가 되는 현저한 효과가 있으며, 지진이나 지반함몰 현상이 발생하여 지하에 장거리로 형성되어 있는 터널구조의 콘크리트 세그멘트 조립구조물이 변형 충격을 받을 때도 이를 흡수할 수 있다.
