According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for determining a ratio error of a combined voltage current transformer may comprise: an input unit receiving information of a voltage of each phase and information of a current for each phase from a combined voltage current transformer for measuring the voltage of each phase and the current for each phase of a power line; a processing unit generating information on first power in a three-phase four-wire metering system from the received information of the voltage of each phase and the information of the current for each phase, generating information on second power in the three-phase four-wire metering system from the received information of the voltage of each phase and the information of the current for each phase, and generating information on a ratio error of each phase of the combined voltage current transformer based on a relative value on the first power to the second power; and an output unit outputting or remotely transmitting the information of the ratio error of each phase. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 계기용 변압 변류기의 비오차 판별 장치는, 전력선로의 각 상별 전압과 각 상별 전류를 측정하는 계기용 변압 변류기로부터 각 상별 전압의 정보와 각 상별 전류의 정보를 입력 받는 입력부와, 입력 받은 각 상별 전압의 정보와 각 상별 전류의 정보로부터 3상 4선식 계량방식으로 제1 전력의 정보를 생성하고 입력 받은 각 상별 전압의 정보와 각 상별 전류의 정보로부터 3상 3선식 계량방식으로 제2 전력의 정보를 생성하고 제1 전력의 제2 전력에 대한 상대적인 값에 기초하여 계기용 변압 변류기의 각 상별 비오차의 정보를 생성하는 처리부와, 각 상별 비오차의 정보를 출력 또는 원격전송하는 출력부를 포함할 수 있다.
