The present invention relates to a spinal and cervical correction apparatus. By further comprising a fixing structure, muscles such as pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, rectus abdominis, trapezius, or latissimus dorsi can be easily relaxed, and blood vessels are expanded to supply blood in a direction of the head smoothly, thereby helping with recovery and correction with only a short correction period.
