Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a contact lens separation device which is to automatically separate contact lenses on a male mold, from which a female mold is separated, from a male-female mold assembly to which a complete mold-type contact lens is attached by molding so as to precisely and quickly separate and produce the contact lens while preventing damage on the contact lens by separating the same at a time from the female mold-removed male mold in a complete mold-type automated system to produce the contact lens. More specifically, provided is a complete mold-type contact lens precision separation device which comprises: a separation preheating part for transferring forward while accommodating a lower end of the male mold to which a contact lens is attached at the top by molding and applying heat, individually to the male mold and the contact lens so as to conduct preheating in a separable state; a separation pressurizing part provided in correspondence with a transferring direction of the separation preheating unit and press-touching by applying pressure repetitively in a lateral direction while partially accommodating the preheated male mold; and an adsorption transfer part comprising a mold clamp unit for fixating the male mold by applying pressure to the male mold which has passed through the separation pressurizing part, and a lens transfer unit transferring the contact lens in an adsorptive manner on the male mold so as to arrange the same on a contact lens storage case. 본 발명은 콘택트렌즈를 제조하기 위한 완전몰드식 자동화 시스템에서 암몰드가 제거된 숫몰드 상의 콘택트렌즈를 일괄적으로 분리하여 콘택트렌즈의 손상을 방지하며 신속하면서도 정밀하게 분리생산함을 제공하도록, 완전몰드방식의 콘택트렌즈가 성형 부착된 암수몰드 조립체에서 암몰드가 분리된 숫몰드 상의 콘택트렌즈를 자동으로 분리하는 콘택트렌즈 분리장치에 있어서, 상부에 콘택트렌즈가 성형 부착된 숫몰드의 하단부를 수용한 채 전방 진행방향으로 이송시키되 숫몰드 및 콘택트렌즈에 각각 구분된 열을 가하여 분리가능한 상태로 예열시키는 분리예열부와; 상기 분리예열부의 이송진행방향에 대응하여 구비되고 예열상태인 숫몰드를 부분적으로 수용한 채 측 방향에서 반복적으로 압력을 가해 누름 접촉하는 분리가압부와; 상기 분리가압부를 거친 숫몰드에 압력을 가해 고정하는 몰드클램프수단과, 숫몰드 상의 콘택트렌즈를 흡착이송하여 콘택트랜즈의 보관케이스 상에 배열시키는 렌즈이송수단을 구성하는 흡착이송부;를 포함하는 완전몰드식 콘택트렌즈 정밀 분리장치를 제공한다.
