The disclosed seat balance supporting device for a vehicle comprises: a support frame installed in a floor panel; a seat frame arranged apart from the support frame, and mounted with a seat cushion; an air spring provided between the support frame and the seat frame and buffering and supporting a body weight applied to the seat cushion; and a balance supporting portion dispersedly supporting the body weight applied to the seat cushion with the support of the air spring while maintaining balance between the seat frame and the support frame. 차량용 시트 균형 지지장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 차량용 시트 균형 지지장치는: 플로어패널에 설치되는 지지프레임과, 지지프레임과 이격 배치되고, 시트쿠션이 장착되는 시트프레임과, 지지프레임과 시트프레임 사이에 구비되어 시트쿠션에 가해진 신체 하중을 완충 지지하는 에어스프링과, 에어스프링의 지지와 함께 시트쿠션에 가해진 신체 하중을 시트프레임과 지지프레임 사이에서 균형을 유지하면서 분산 지지하는 균형지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
