In the ship exhaust gas treatment system, the discharge dust collecting portion includes a plurality of discharge electrodes extending in the vertical direction; a dust collecting unit in which a plurality of dust collecting plates respectively surround the discharge electrodes; and a water film supply pipe formed to correspond to the dust collecting portion and spraying washing water to the surface of the dust collecting plate in a state of being provided on the dust collecting portion for water film formation.
