A simultaneous current and voltage measurement device of the present invention comprises a body (110) having a U-shaped open low voltage line storage groove (111); a probe (120) punching a low voltage line stored in the low voltage line storage groove (111); a U-shaped hook (130) tightened by rotation to make the low voltage line (101) in the storage groove (111) punched by the probe (120), and including a plurality of sawteeth (131) formed on the other side; a sawtooth gear (140) interlocked with the sawteeth (131) of the hook (130), and rotated when the hook (130) is tightened by rotation; and a hook locking and unlocking unit (150) maintaining the rotation of the hook (130) or unlocking the hook (130) to make the hook able to be rotated.
