Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a nano-particles production device, comprising: a main body; a first driving portion coupled to the main body at both sides thereof; a second driving portion coupled to the first driving portion at one end thereof so as to be movable to both directions of the first driving portion; a third driving portion coupled to the other end of the second driving portion so as to be movable to both end directions of the second driving portion; and an electrode portion coupled to a lower end of the third driving portion so as to be movable in the vertical direction, wherein a metal base material is arranged at the bottom of the electrode portion, and an anode and a cathode of voltage are coupled to the metal base material and the electrode portion such that plasma is generated between the electrode portion and the metal base material. Thus, nano-particles are formed in the metal base material while the shape or the size of the metal base material are not limiting factors for automatically producing the nano-particles.
본 발명은 나노파티클 생산 장치에 관한 것으로, 본체, 양측이 상기 본체에 결합되는 제1구동부, 상기 제1구동부의 양측 방향으로 이동이 가능하도록, 상기 제1구동부 상에 일단이 결합된 제2구동부, 상기 제2구동부의 양단 방향으로 이동이 가능하도록, 상기 제2구동부의 타단에 상단이 결합된 제3구동부 및 상하로 이동이 가능하도록, 상기 제3구동부의 하단에 결합된 전극부를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 전극부의 하측에는 금속모재가 배치되며, 상기 금속모재 및 전극부에 전압의 양극 및 음극이 결합되어, 상기 전극부 및 금속모재 사이에 플라즈마가 발생되어, 금속모재에 나노파티클이 형성되되, 금속모재의 형태나 크기에 구애받지 않으면서도 자동적으로 나노파티클의 생산이 가능한 장치이다. |
