Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an organic waste drying system, and more specifically, to an organic waste drying system which recycles mixture generated during drying organic waste, combusts malodors generated from the organic waste treatment, and re-supplies waste heat generated from the combustion to allow users to utilize the waste heat. The organic waste drying system includes a combustor, a steam generator, an air pre-heater, a fuel economizer, a water feeding tank, a drier, a steam distributor, a fuel tank, and a fuel transfer pipe. 본 발명은 유기성 폐기물 건조 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유기성 폐기물 건조 시 발생되는 수분을 재활용하며, 유기성 폐기물 처리 시 발생되는 악취를 연소시킴과 동시에 연소 시 발생되는 폐열을 다시 재공급하여 활용이 가능한 유기성 폐기물 건조 시스템에 관한 것이다.
