The present invention relates to a door locking device having a new structure capable of opening a door by pulling or pushing a handle provided on interior and exterior surfaces of the door. The door locking device according to the present invention allows a user to open or close the door (1) when the user pushes or pulls an end portion of interior or exterior handles (101, 102) and a latch bolt (20) is inserted into an interior case (10).
