Apparatus for Extracting Hydrogen Coffee

Provided is a coffee machine which can extract water, general coffee and hydrogen coffee selectively. An aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a coffee extraction apparatus, comprising: a capsule installation unit in which a capsule filled with coffee is installed; a raw water tank which fills and stores a set amount of water therein; a hydrogen water tank which is connected to the raw water tank and has water storage capacity less than the raw water tank; a supply pump which pumps the water stored in the raw water tank to be supplied to the hydrogen water tank; an electrode module which is coupled to the hydrogen water tank to electrolyze the water stored in the hydrogen water tank and to generate hydrogen water; a high pressure pump which is connected to the raw water tank and the hydrogen water tank and pumps the water from the raw water tank or the hydrogen water tank to supply the water with preset pressure to the capsule installation unit; a raw water valve which adjusts fluid flow between the raw water tank and the high pressure pump; a hydrogen water valve which adjusts fluid flow between the hydrogen water tank and the high pressure pump; and a manipulation unit which enables a user to select one among the water, the general coffee and the hydrogen coffee. 물, 일반 커피, 수소 커피를 선택적으로 제조할 수 있는 커피 머신을 제공한다. 본 실시예의 일 측면에 의하면, 커피가 충진된 캡슐이 장착되는 캡슐 장착부; 내부에 일정량의 물을 채워 저장할 수 있는 원수 탱크; 상기 원수 탱크와 연결되어 있으며 상기 원수 탱크보다 저수 용량이 작은 수소수 탱크; 상기 원수 탱크에 저장된 물을 펌핑하여 상기 수소수 탱크로 이송시키는 이송 펌프; 상기 수소수 탱크에 결합되어 상기 수소수 탱크에 저장된 물을 전기 분해하여 수소수를 생성하는 전극 모듈; 상기 원수 탱크 및 상기 수소수 탱크와 연결되어 있으며 상기 원수 탱크 또는 상기 수소수 탱크로부터 물을 펌핑하여 상기 캡슐 장착부로 기 설정된 압력의 물을 공급하는 고압 펌프; 상기 원수 탱크와 상기 고압 펌프 사이의 유체 흐름을 조절하는 원수 밸브; 상기 수소수 탱크와 상기 고압 펌프 사이의 유체 흐름을 조절하는 수소수 밸브; 및 사용자로 하여금 물, 일반 커피, 수소 커피 중 어느 하나를 선택할 수 있도록 하는 조작부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커피 추출 장치를 제공한다.
