MONITORING AND CONTROLLING SYSTEM OF REMOTE FACILITY

The present invention relates to a system for monitoring and controlling a remote facility, which can monitor the remote facility at a remote place based on an environmental information value detected from the facility positioned at a remote place, and control a facility adjustment device according to the detected environmental information value to optimally operate the remote facility. To solve the subject, the present invention provides the system for monitoring and controlling a remote facility, comprising: a monitoring device installed in the remote facility and transmitting the detected environmental information value through wireless communications; a facility control device outputting facility control signals received through wireless communications; a facility device installed in the remote facility and operated according to a facility control signal outputted from the facility control device; a wireless relay device performing wireless communications with the monitoring device and the facility control device, receiving and transmitting the environmental information value through a communication network, and transmitting the facility control signal received through the communication network to the facility device; a monitoring control device interlinked with the wireless relay device to preset critical values for the environmental information value, and outputting the facility control signal controlling the facility device based on the set critical values; and a human-machine interface (HMI) connected to the wireless relay device through the communication network, managing the facility control device at a remote place, and displaying a state of the facility control device. 본 발명은 원방에 위치한 시설물에서 검출되는 환경정보값에 근거하여 원방시설물을 원격에서 감시하고, 검출된 환경정보값에 따라 설비조절장치를 제어하여 원방시설물을 최적을 상태로 운전할 수 있는 원방설비의 감시 및 제어 시스템에 관한 것이다.상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 원방설비의 감시 및 제어 시스템은 원방설비에 설치되며 검출된 환경정보값을 무선통신으로 송신하는 감지장치; 무선통신으로 수신된 설비제어신호을 출력하는 설비제어장치; 상기 원방설비에 설치되어 상기 설비제어장치로부터 출력되는 설비제어신호에 따라 운전되는 설비장치; 상기 감지장치 및 설비제어장치와 무선통신을 수행하고 환경정보값을 수신하여 통신망을 통해 송신하고, 통신망을 통해 수신된 설비제어신호를 상기 설비장치로 송신하는 무선중계장치; 상기 무선중계장치와 연계하여 상기 환경정보값에 대한 임계값들이 미리 설정되도록 하고, 상기 설정된 임계값들을 기준으로 상기 설비장치를 제어하는 설비제어신호를 출력하는 감시제어장치; 및 상기 무선중계장치와 통신망을 통해 연결되어 상기 설비제어장치를 원격에서 관리하고, 상기 설비제어장치의 상태를 표시하는 HMI(Human-Machine Interface)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
