Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of self-sintering coke using a two-stage heat treatment from coal tar, and more specifically, to a method which firstly controls the molecular weight distribution of refined coal tar by a first stage heat treatment (pressure heat treatment) from the refined coal tar, and then secondly allows the pressure-heat-treated coal tar (1S-CT) to contain 15-20% of a volatile component by a second stage heat treatment (delayed coking system) to manufacture coke (2S-C) having self-sintering properties. The self-sintering coke manufactured in accordance with the present invention has high density and excellent mechanical properties to be used in making a high-density carbon body having flexural strength of 60 MPa or higher without a polymer binder.
본 발명은 콜타르로부터 2단 열처리를 이용하여 자기소결성 코크스의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 정제된 콜타르로부터 첫째로 1단계 열처리(1-stage heat treatment)(가압열처리)를 통해 정제된 콜타르의 분자량 분포를 제어한 후, 둘째로 가압열처리된 콜타르(1S-CT)를 2단계 열처리(2-stage heat treatment)(지연 코킹 시스템)를 통해 휘발분을 15-20% 함유하여 자기소결 특성(self-sintering property)을 갖는 코크스(2S-C)를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여 제조된 자기소결성 코크스는 고밀도이고 기계적 물성이 우수하여 60 Mpa 이상의 굴곡강도를 갖고 고분자 결합제가 없는 고밀도 탄소체를 만드는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. |
