A Road Surface Smashing Apparatus for Repairing a Road using a Excavation Bit and Road Repairing Method using the Same

Provided is a road surface crushing apparatus for road repair using an excavation bit, capable of smoothly performing road surface crushing work without deformation or breakage of the excavation bit and a connection portion. According to the present invention, the road surface crushing apparatus comprises: a main body unit including an upper frame having an upper base, a lower frame having a lower base, and a plurality of moving wheels disposed on the lower end of the lower frame, so as to be moved to a working position; an elevation unit including an operation shaft having a top connected to the front end of a rod of an operation cylinder fixed and installed in the upper base, and a support part assembled to the bottom of the operation shaft, which is assembled in a guide hole penetrating and formed in the lower base, so as to press and lower the operation shaft towards a road surface by the operation cylinder; a rotational unit including a rotational body having a rotational hole penetrated to assemble the operation shaft therein and a first actuator to provide operational force for rotating the rotational body on the support bar, so as to split-rotate the rotational body by a predetermined angle; and a crushing unit including a plurality of rotation support bodies assembled to the rotational body through a length adjustment unit, the excavation bit having a shaft part assembled to the rotational shoe penetrated and formed in the rotation support body, and a plurality of second actuators connected to the shaft unit to rotate the excavation bit, so as to crush the road surface by rotating the excavation bit. 굴삭비트를 이용한 도로보수용 노면 파쇄장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 도로를 보수하기 위해서 노면을 파쇄하는 장치에 있어서, 상부베이스를 갖는 상부프레임을 갖추고, 하부베이스를 갖는 하부프레임을 갖추고 상기 하부프레임의 하부단에 복수개의 이동휠을 갖추어 작업위치로 이동가능한 본체부 ; 상기 상부베이스에 고정설치되는 작동실린더의 로드선단에 상단이 연결되는 작동축을 갖추고, 상기 하부베이스에 관통형성된 안내공에 조립되는 작동축의 하단과 조립되는 지지바를 갖추어 상기 작동실린더에 의해서 작동축을 노면 측으로 가압하강하고 상승복귀시키는 승하강부 ; 상기 작동축이 조립되는 회전공을 관통형성한 회전체를 갖추고, 상기 지지바를 회전중심으로 하여 상기 회전체를 회전시키는 구동력을 제공하는 제1엑추에이터를 갖추어 상기 회전체를 일정각도 분할회전시키는 회전부 ; 및 상기 회전체와 길이조절부를 매개로 조립되는 복수개의 회전지지체를 갖추고, 상기 회전지지체에 관통형성된 회전공에 축부가 조립되는 굴삭비트를 갖추며, 상기 축부와 연결되어 상기 굴삭비트를 회전구동시키는 복수개의 제2엑추에이터를 갖추어 상기 굴삭비트를 회전구동시켜 노면을 파쇄하는 파쇄부 ;를 포함한다.
