MULTI-PORT MEMORY BASED MEMORY MODULE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention provides a memory module which connects any one among at least one port included in each of memories to an external memory controller through a memory interface, and an operating method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the memory module comprises: the memories including the at least one port, respectively; the memory interface connected to a first port among the at least one port, and connected to a first memory controller; and at least one second memory controller connected to any one among the remaining ports except for the first port among the at least one port. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면 메모리 모듈은 적어도 하나 이상의 포트들을 각각 포함하는 메모리들, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 포트들 중 제1 포트와 연결되고, 제1 메모리 컨트롤러와 연결되는 메모리 인터페이스, 및 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 포트들에서 상기 제1 포트를 제외한 나머지 포트들 중 어느 하나와 연결되는 적어도 하나의 제2 메모리 컨트롤러를 포함할 수 있다.
