Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a resonance inductor of a wireless power transmission device and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a resonance inductor of a wireless power transmission device which is made of a water-cooled litz wire eccentric core, and a manufacturing method for the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the resonance inductor of a wireless power transmission device which wirelessly transmits power to a current collector by using the resonance of a magnetic field, comprises: a hose made of an insulating material insulating a litz wire from the outside; a litz wire composed of a solenoid coil; an electrical connection terminal which is a terminal electrically connecting the litz wire to the outside; and a cooling water passage directly cooling the heat generated in the litz wire by using the cooling water. According to the present invention, it is convenient to perform a resonant tuning in a wireless power supply system.
본 발명은 무선전력전송장치의 공진 인덕터 및 그 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 수냉식 리츠와이어 공심코어로 제작된 무선전력전송장치의 공진 인덕터 및 그 제작 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 자기장의 공진을 통해 전력을 무선으로 집전장치로 전송하는 무선전력전송장치의 공진 인덕터는 리쯔와이어를 외부와 절연시키는 절연 재료로 구성된 호스; 솔레노이드 코일로 구성된 리쯔와이어; 리쯔와이어를 외부와 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 단자인 전기접속 터미널; 및 리쯔와이어에서 발생하는 열을 냉각수를 통해 직접 냉각하기 위한 냉각수통로;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
