Apparatus and Method for Discharging and Weight Measuring Food Wastes

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring the weight and discharging food wastes, in which the apparatus is provided in the kitchen sink and measures the weight of introduced food wastes and discharges the food wastes, such that a user easily checks the weight of the food wastes during the input and discharge of the food wastes. The food waste introducing/discharging apparatus (100) according to the present invention includes: a bucket (1) into which food wastes are introduced; a weight measuring unit for applying a lifting force to the bucket (1); and a load cell (6) for measuring the weight of the bucket (1) by using reaction force exerted from the bucket (1) in response to the lifting force, wherein when the food wastes are introduced, the weight of the food wastes is measured and the food wastes are discharged, such that the weight of the food wastes is measured immediately and accurately in the process of discharging the food wastes. 본 발명은 주방싱크대에 구비될 수 있으며, 음식물 쓰레기를 투입하면 투입된 음식물 쓰레기의 중량을 측정한 후 배출시키게 됨으로써, 사용자가 음식물 쓰레기의 투입 및 배출과정에서 쉽게 음식물 쓰레기의 중량을 알 수 있게 되는 "중량측정이 가능한 음식물 쓰레기 투입배출장치 및 투입배출방법"에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 음식물 쓰레기 투입배출장치(100)는 음식물 쓰레기가 투입되는 버킷(1)과, 버킷(1)에 상승력을 가하는 중량측정 유닛과, 상승력에 대응하여 버킷(1)으로부터 작용하는 반력에 의해 버킷(1)의 중량을 측정하는 로드셀(6)을 구비하는 구성을 가짐으로써, 음식물 쓰레기를 투입하게 되면 음식물 쓰레기의 중량을 측정한 후 배출시키게 되어 음식물 쓰레기를 배출하는 과정에서 음식물 쓰레기의 중량을 즉각적으로 그리고 정확하게 측정할 수 있게 된다.
