Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing a shiitake mixed tea beverage and a shiitake mixed tea beverage produced by the method. The method comprises the steps of: (a) drying sliced shiitake and roasting the same; (b) vapor-heat-treating Euchresta japonica and Canavalia gladiate; (c) drying the vapor-heat-treated Euchresta japonica and Canavalia gladiate and roasting the same; (d) roasting barley; and (e) extracting a mixture of the shiitake prepared in the step (a), the Euchresta japonica and Canavalia gladiate prepared in the step (c), and the barley prepared in the step (d) using hot water.
