Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a high refractive organic-inorganic hybrid composition surface-modified with aminosilane, and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a first step for dispersing inorganic nanoparticles in a solvent to manufacture a nanoparticle dispersion; a second step for mixing an aminosilane-based surface modifier with the nanoparticle dispersion and applying heat for first surface treatment by using a reflux reaction; a third step for mixing the first surface-treated nanoparticle dispersion with a chain compound having a vinyl group and a hydroxy group at both ends and applying heat for second surface treatment by using the reflux reaction; and a fourth step for mixing the second surface-treated nanoparticle dispersion with a high-refraction monomer and a polymerization inhibitor followed by evaporation and condensation. The present invention aims to provide the high refractive organic-inorganic hybrid composition capable of improving the brightness of a backlight unit by coating a prism film with the high refractive organic-inorganic hybrid composition. 본 발명은 아미노 실란으로 표면개질된 고굴절 유무기 하이브리드 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 용매에 무기 나노입자를 분산시켜 나노입자 분산액을 제조하는 제 1단계; 상기 나노입자 분산액에 아미노 실란계 표면개질제를 혼합하고 환류 반응을 이용하여 열을 가하며 1차 표면처리하는 제 2단계; 1차 표면처리된 나노입자 분산액에 양 끝 말단에 비닐기와 하이드록시기를 갖는 사슬형 화합물을 혼합하고 환류 반응을 이용하여 열을 가하며 2차 표면처리하는 제 3단계; 및 2차 표면처리된 나노입자 분산액에 고굴절 모노머 및 중합금지제를 혼합한 후 증발응축시키는 제 4단계;를 포함한다.
