NEURAL STIMULATOR DEVICE AND SYSTEM USING THE SAME

Disclosed is a neural stimulator device including: a photovoltaic cell generating electricity using light and including a first electrode and a second electrode; and a first light source electrically connected to the photovoltaic cell, generating light using electricity generated from the photovoltaic cell, and including a third electrode and a fourth electrode. The first and third electrodes are connected to each other while facing each other, and the second and fourth electrodes are connected to each other while facing each other.
