The syringe can return to the pre-use state only by removing a main body unit and the lid unit, thereby improving convenience. 본 발명은 찔림방지 주사기에 관한 발명으로, 주사기에 회전 운동 및 하강 운동이 가해져야만 니들부를 덮개부 외부로 돌출시킬 수 있어 안전성이 증대되고, 본체부와 덮개부를 탈거하는 동작만으로도 사용 전 상태로 되돌릴 수 있어 편의성이 증대되는 주사기에 관한 발명이다.
