Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a variable torque magnetic coupling includes: a spline hub including a plurality of permanent magnets connecting an operating shaft and a load shaft and placed circumferentially, and a plurality of first cores placed between the permanent magnets; a spline pulley corresponding to the inner surface of the first cores, and formed to control magnetic combination force; and a load disc placed to correspond to a lateral surface of the first cores. As an angular position between the spline pulley and the spline hub is adjusted, a direction and a size for forming a magnetic line loop from the first cores are controlled to control coupling torque. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of minimizing the power consumption of a system operated with a motor and minimizing costs for installation and maintenance through a simple structure. 본 발명에 따른 가변 토크 마그네틱 커플링(variable torque magnetic coupling)은 구동축과 부하축을 연결하고 원주상에 복수로 배치된 영구자석과 각각의 영구자석 사이에 배치된 복수의 제1코어를 구비하는 스플라인 허브, 제1코어의 내주면에 대응하여 구비되며 자기결합력을 조정하도록 형성된 스플라인 풀리와, 제1코어의 측면에 대응하여 배치되는 부하 디스크로 구성되며, 스플라인 풀리와 스플라인 허브의 각도 위치를 조정함으로써 제1코어로부터의 자기력선 루프 형성 방향과 크기를 제어하여 결합 토크를 제어하는데 특징이 있다. 이로 인해 전동기로 구동되는 시스템의 전력사용을 최소화하고, 구조가 간단하여 설치 및 유지보수 비용이 최소화되는 특징이 있다.
