Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a novel triclosan resistant gene derived from soil metagenomes and to uses thereof, wherein a novel triclosan resistant ENR mutant FabL-h coding gene of the present invention is expressed in various bacteria expressing Escherichia coli and an enoyl-acyl-carrier protein reductase (ENR) protein to be utilized as a triclosan resistant selection marker capable of effectively selecting a triclosan resistant transforming agent, thereby being very useful in related industries.
본 발명은 토양 메타게놈 유래의 트리클로산 저항성 신규 유전자 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 신규 트리클로산 저항성 ENR 변이체 FabL-h 코딩 유전자는 대장균뿐만 아니라 ENR(enoyl-acyl-carrier protein reductase) 단백질을 발현하는 다양한 세균에 발현시켜 트리클로산 저항성 형질전환체를 효과적으로 선별할 수 있는 트리클로산 저항성 선발 마커로 활용할 수 있어, 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다. |
