Apparatus and method for measuring water-content in landfill site

~Disclosed are an apparatus for measuring a water-content by which a water-content in the interior of a waste landfill may be always measured without influencing a surrounding environment and may be easily maintained and repaired, and a method thereof. The apparatus for measuring a water-content includes an outer pipe (10) installed by punching a part in which a water-content of a landfill (5) is to be measured; and an inner detector (20) that is inserted into the outer pipe (10) to measure the water-content of the landfill (5). The inner detector (20) includes (a) a water-content measuring sensor (22) that measures the water content of the landfill (5), (b) an expandable packing (24) connected to the water-content measuring sensor (22) and configured to move freely in the interior of the outer pipe (10) as an outer diameter of the expandable packing (24) is smaller than an inner diameter of the outer pipe (10) when the expandable packing (24) is contracted and to interrupt movement of air at an upper part and a lower part of the expandable packing (24) as the outer diameter of the expandable packing (24) is the same as the inner diameter of the outer pipe (10) when the expandable packing (24) is expanded, and (c) connectors (26, 28) connecting the water-content measuring sensor (22) and the expandable packing (24). 주변 환경의 영향을 받지 않고 폐기물 매립지 내부의 함수율을 상시 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 유지 보수가 용이한 함수율 측정 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 상기 함수율 측정 장치는, 매립지(5)의 함수율을 측정하고자 하는 부분을 천공하여 설치되는 외측관(10); 및 상기 외측관(10)에 삽입되어 매립지(5)의 함수율을 측정하는 내측 탐지부(20)를 포함하며, 상기 내측 탐지부(20)는, (a) 매립지(5)의 함수율을 측정하는 함수율 측정 센서(22); (b) 상기 함수율 측정 센서(22)에 연결되며, 수축되는 경우에는 팽창성 패킹(24)의 외경이 외측관(10)의 내경보다 작아, 외측관(10)의 내부를 자유롭게 이동하며, 팽창되는 경우에는, 팽창성 패킹(24)의 외경이 외측관(10)의 내경과 동일하도록 팽창하여, 팽창성 패킹(24) 윗 부분과 아랫 부분의 공기 이동을 차단하는 팽창성 패킹(24); 및 (c) 상기 함수율 측정 센서(22)와 팽창성 패킹(24)을 연결하는 연결부(26, 28)를 포함한다.
