SELF-EXTINGUISHING POWER CABLE HAVING MICROCAPSULE

The present invention relates to a self-extinguishing power cable having a microcapsule. An object of the present invention is to provide a self-extinguishing power cable with a microcapsule for burning a flame of the power cable and preventing fire occurring in a chain by having a watertight layer coated with microcapsules under an outer layer of the power cable. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the self-extinguishing power cable having a microcapsule comprises: a conductive layer having a watertight structure of watertight compound filled compact-round stranded copper from the center; an inner semiconductor layer formed on the conductive layer and made of a semi-conductive thermosetting high-purity compound material; an insulating layer formed on the inner semiconductor layer and made of a tree-restrained crosslinked polyethylene compound material; an outer semi-conductive layer formed on the insulating layer and made of a semi-conductive thermosetting high purity compound material; a first neutral line watertight layer formed on the outer semi-conductive layer and being a semi-conductive swelling tape; a concentric neutral line formed on the first neutral line watertight layer and being stranded copper; a second neutral line watertight layer formed on the concentric neutral line and being a swelling tape; and an outer skin layer formed on the second neutral line watertight layer and made of a PVC or polyethylene material, wherein at least one of the first neutral line watertight layer and the second neutral line watertight layer is coated with the microcapsules filled with an activator for extinguishing a flame. 본 발명은 마이크로캡슐이 구비된 자기소화 전력케이블에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 마이크로캡슐이 구비된 자기소화 전력케이블은, 중심으로부터 수밀 컴파운드 충진 원형압축 연동연선의 수밀 구조를 가지는 도체층; 상기 도체층 상에 형성되고, 반도전 열경화성 고순도 컴파운드 재질인 내부 반도전층; 상기 내부 반도전층 상에 형성되고, 트리억제형 가교폴리에틸렌 컴파운드 재질의 절연층; 상기 절연층 상에 형성되고, 반도전 열경화성 고순도 컴파운드 재질의 외부반도전층; 상기 외부 반도전층 상에 형성되고, 반도전성 부풀음 테이프인 제1 중성선 수밀층; 상기 제1 중성선 수밀층 상에 형성되고, 연동선인 동심 중성선; 상기 동심 중성선 상에 형성되고, 부풀음 테이프인 제2 중성선 수밀층; 및 상기 제2 중성선 수밀층 상에 형성되고, PVC 또는 폴리에틸렌 재질의 외피층;을 포함하며, 상기 제1 중성선 수밀층 및 상기 제2 중성선 수밀층 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상에는, 화염을 소화시키는 활성제가 충진되어 있는 마이크로캡슐(microcapsule)이 도포되어 있다.
