Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a polymer concrete block, and to a device and a method for manufacturing a polymer concrete block. More particularly, the present invention relates to the polymer concrete block, which is manufactured without deteriorating productivity by applying a mold releasing material excellent in releasability, and to the device and method for manufacturing the polymer concrete block. The present invention includes a base layer and a surface layer, wherein the base layer includes a base layer aggregate having the particle size of 5 mm or more and a polymer binder for the base layer, and the surface layer includes a surface layer aggregate having the particle size of 5 mm or less and a polymer binder for the surface layer. 본 발명은 폴리머 콘크리트 블록, 폴리머 콘크리트 블록 제조장치 및 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명은 이형성이 뛰어난 이형소재를 적용하여 생산성의 저하 없이 제조되는 폴리머 콘크리트 블록, 폴리머 콘크리트 블록 제조장치 및 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 기층 및 표층을 포함하고, 상기 기층은 입도의 크기가 5mm 이상인 기층골재 및 기층용 폴리머 바인더를 포함하고, 상기 표층은 입도의 크기가 5mm 이하인 표층골재 및 표층용 폴리머 바인더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 콘크리트 블록을 제공한다.
