Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method to supply recarburizer to an electric arc furnace (EAF) using a tire powder chip which uses a tire powder chip as an auxiliary raw material of cokes and coal in a process to manufacture ferroalloy in an EAF. According to the present invention, a recarburizer supply apparatus comprises: a first lance obliquely inserted and installed in a sidewall of an EAF to supply oxygen to the EAF; a second lance inserted and installed in the sidewall of the EAF by being spaced apart from the first lance at an interval to supply the EAF with a carbon source or an auxiliary raw material as recarburizer; and a supply unit supplying the carbon source or the auxiliary raw material to the second lance. According to the present invention, the carbon source is formed with a plurality of capsules containing tire powder chips with a size of 0.01 to 9.5 mm so as to control an input quality and the speed of the carbon source; thereby being able to reduce manufacturing costs of ferroalloy. 전기 아크로(Electric Arc Furnace ; EAF)에서 합금철을 제조하는 과정에서 타이어 분말 칩을 코크스와 석탄의 보조 원료로 사용하는 전기로의 가탄제 공급 방법에 관한 것으로, 전기로의 측벽에 경사지게 삽입 설치되어 상기 전기로에 산소를 공급하는 제1 랜스, 상기 전기로의 측벽에 상기 제1 랜스와는 간격을 두고 삽입 설치되어 상기 전기로에 가탄제로서 탄소원 또는 부원료를 공급하는 제2 랜스, 상기 제2 랜스에 상기 탄소원 또는 부원료를 공급하는 공급부를 포함하고, 상기 탄소원은 0.01㎜ ~ 9.5㎜의 크기로 이루어진 타이어 분말 칩을 각각 함유하는 다수의 캡슐로 이루어진 구성을 마련하여, 탄소원의 투입량 및 투입 속도를 제어할 수 있으므로 합금철의 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
