Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a catalyst coated membrane (CCM) in which an electroless noble metal catalyst layer is formed on a surface of a membrane and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the CCM comprises: a membrane; a palladium seed adsorbed layer in which a palladium seed is adsorbed on a surface of the membrane; and an electroless noble metal catalyst layer formed on the upper part of the palladium seed adsorbed layer. 본 발명은 멤브레인 표면에 무전해귀금속촉매도금층이 형성된 촉매 코팅 멤브레인(Catalyst Coated Membrane: CCM)과, 이러한 촉매 코팅 멤브레인의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 촉매 코팅 멤브레인은, 멤브레인; 상기 멤브레인 표면에 파라듐 시드가 흡착된 파라듐시드흡착층; 및 상기 파라듐시드흡착층 상부에 형성된 무전해귀금속촉매도금층;을 포함할 수 있다.
